Marathon Training: Week 1
It's finally here! My first official week of marathon training. This year for my training, I'll be following Hal Higdon's training guide. I'll be making minor tweaks along the way to make the plan work best with my schedule. His marathon training programs are 18 weeks long, but as I'm getting married and going on my honeymoon in September, I added an extra two weeks for good measure.
