A Day Around Uptown Charlotte with Scott Stockton Photography

This definitely isn't the first time I've said this and it won't be the last -  I love Charlotte. The sites, the experiences, and most of all, the people. Charlotte is filled with genuinely great people who lift each other up and support each other, especially in the creative space. 

That creative space, for me at least, often finds a home on Instagram. That's where I "met" Scott Stockton of Scott Stockton Photography.

It started as a conversation of two people who are passionate about their craft. Two people who are eager to learn, grow, and collaborate with other creatives. Two people who want to have fun doing what they love.

As a photographer and a blogger, it's naturally a match made in heaven. Scott and I decided to meet up on a Saturday in Uptown Charlotte and just have fun taking photos. Two creatives doing what they love and learning from each other in the process. 

It was a blast!

Scott is amazing to work with and makes photography fun! We tried new things, talked about what we do, and became friends. And the end result, amazing photos! 

In addition to a great photographer, I had some help from my friends at Elsa Fine. They made me look great and in their cute and affordable clothing. I included links to their site in case your Spring wardrobe is in need of some TLC. I know mine is!

All three pairs of sneakers are Keds. Seriously, my favorite shoe and go-to for a casual day around town. The watches shown are Fossil and are perfect everyday watches.
